Menya Agosuke in Joetsu

I lined up insanely. I went there around 6pm on Sunday so I lined up for about 2 hours. I knew that it was a popular restaurant, so I was prepared, but I ate ramen around 6 o'clock around 9 o'clock. ( Lol )I was satisfied with the reason why I enjoyed ramen, and it was worth the effort to line up. It may be a big story, but it was the number one ramen I ate in my life. If you go to Joetsu, please go. According to an acquaintance I went with, it seems that it is easier to enter during lunch on weekdays. (It may depend on the day 😅)

This is one of my favorite ramen restaurants so far. The line went halfway around the store before it even opened up. I think that alone was surprising, given the general quietness of the area. After over an hour of waiting, I got to try this out. I can say that it was amazing. The tonkotsu/flying fish broth gave it a deeper flavor profile and was deliciously hardy. The two kinds of chashu were amazingly flavorful. My only very minor gripe was with the noodles; though they were good, they weren't perfect or particularly tasty. But I'm nitpicking.Definitely make the visit if you're anywhere nearby.

夕飯で利用しました。待機席の換気が悪く湿気が高く、一時間くらい待ちました。入り口近くになったら、メニュー渡されて、事前にオーダー取ってくれました。しかし、店内に案内されて着席しても30分くらい配膳されないし、伝票だけ渡されました。カウンター席だったので、ずっと厨房見てましたけど、盛り付け綺麗にするのは良いけど作業が遅い。塩ラーメン頼みました。トッピングは別皿で「別々でお食べください。」と言われ、チャーシューのコショウでスープが負けました。ラーメンよりチャーシューの方が好きだな。申し訳ないですが、長時間ならんでまで、食べる程ではないと思いました。

Many different tastes and flavors of materials became one in this Agosuke Ramen. Extremely high quality ramen but needs lots of perseverance and time to taste it.....Ramen itself is absolutely five stars but I rated four just because I didn't like a long line. I started joining in the long line to order at 8:50 pm just before the closing hour and ramen was served at 9:45pm. Staff was very polite and kind, though.

The black pork bones were delicious.The soup was the best with a little salt but a good taste and richness.The clerk's customer service attitude was also wonderful.
